About Jack Spirko

Jack Spirko is an author, speaker, educator and entrepreneur focused on helping people use technology, business systems and lifestyle design to build better lives by design, not by accident.

Today Jack is best known as the founder and host of The Survival Podcast, a show he has produced for 18 years with more than 3,800 episodes published and roughly 200,000 downloads per episode across all platforms. While the show covers a wide range of subjects, its real foundation has always been bigger than any one topic. It is about building practical skills, designing resilient systems and helping people take more control over their future.

That same approach is the foundation of JacksLaws.com.

This site exists to connect people with Jack’s books, courses, speaking, training and consulting. The focus here is AI education, business, lifestyle design and the Laws of Life series. The goal is simple. Give people useful tools they can put to work immediately.

Jack’s story did not begin in a boardroom, on a stage or behind a microphone.

He grew up poor in the coal region of Pennsylvania in the 1980s. As a young man he joined the Army, then moved to Texas in 1993 at the age of 21. His first work there was in a warehouse packing boxes. He took odd jobs, including night club security, and did what he had to do to move forward.

Within a year he broke into telecom as a technician. By 1999 he was earning six figures in telecom sales. By 2001 he was Regional Sales Vice President for Fluke Networks, leading a sales organization that became the number one territory in the world for three straight years.

In 2004 Jack shifted into marketing, taking a major pay cut to pursue a better long term path. By 2006 he had partnered with award winning entrepreneur Neil Franklin and founded Franklin Spirko Media, where Jack served as president. At the same time he served as COO of Franklin’s firm, Dataworkforce. During that period Jack worked with clients that included Donald Trump, consulting on content and marketing for Trump’s early blog.

In 2008 Jack launched The Survival Podcast while continuing to serve as COO with Neil Franklin until 2010. Since then he has run his own education and media business full time as a podcaster, author, speaker, course creator and consultant.

Jack’s work has helped launch hundreds of small and mid sized businesses from within his audience. Some have grown into solo operations doing over a million dollars a year in annual sales. His AI for Solopreneurs course has sold out four rounds in a row, often in minutes. His annual live event has sold out every year since 2013, also in minutes.

His first book in the Laws of Life series appeared on best seller lists alongside names such as Suzy Welch, Mel Robbins, Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. The series reflects the same philosophy Jack has taught for years. Success is not magic. It is usually the result of clear thinking, useful systems, discipline and the willingness to do what actually works.

Jack has delivered keynote presentations at events including the Dallas Construction Expo, Permaculture Voices Conference, Liberty Forum in New Hampshire and the Denver Self Reliance Expo. He has been featured on the Judge Napolitano Show, the Glenn Beck Show, The Mike in the Morning Show, the Houston Chronicle and The Dallas Morning News.

What makes Jack different is not a single credential or one narrow lane of expertise. It is the combination.

He has worked in warehouses, served in the Army, built telecom infrastructure, sold complex technology, led regional sales teams, built marketing companies, run a successful media business, written books, created sold out courses, taught AI to entrepreneurs and lived the lifestyle design principles he teaches.

He is also a hunter, fisherman, homesteader, permaculturist and lifelong student of practical systems. That matters because Jack does not teach theory from a clean room. He teaches from lived experience, tested systems and real outcomes.

If you are looking for a speaker who gives people a temporary emotional charge and leaves them with nothing to do on Monday morning, Jack is probably not your guy.

If you want someone who can walk into a room, hold attention, explain complex subjects in plain English and leave people with tools they can use, that is where Jack fits.

JacksLaws.com is where you can explore Jack’s books, courses and training, or bring him in for speaking, consulting, AI education or lifestyle design seminars.

Start with the books, explore the courses, or book Jack for your next event.
